This feature integrates with the MiniPlaceholders plugin to provide vanish-related placeholders.

Behavior:

• Registers a placeholder provider with the MiniPlaceholders plugin.

• Provides placeholders for vanished state, vanish level, and online player counts excluding vanished players.
